The Small Stars Program is an introduction to sports class.  Sports covered in this program include: baseball / softball, basketball, and soccer.

The Small Stars Program is designed to develop motor learning skills for your child.  This program will focus on balance, flexibility, & coordination while introducing sports in a non-competitive environment.

· Preparing the next generation of pitchers for battle

· Designed to educate young pitchers on mental preparation, proper warm-up, effective bull-pens, and proper arm care.

· The ultimate core and arm training program.

· This program is designed for pitchers wishing to add MPH to their fastball while developing good mechanics.

· The Athletic Pitcher program is also used as a PRE-HAB program designed to help young   pitchers prevent injuries in the future.

“Wood Bat Mechanics”

(Ages 8 & UP)

· Designed for players that want to hit like a “Big Leaguer”

· Many young players hit successfully with poor mechanics due to high tech aluminum bats. 

· Swinging a wood bat will eliminate long swings, slow bat speed, and poor mechanics.

· Proper wood bat mechanics will force the player to hit the ball on the sweet spot more often.

· Wood Bat Mechanics will increase a players batting average and power at the plate.
